The client receives a full list of finishing materials included in the project with a list of all distributors.
The comprehensive project with architectural supervision involves checking by the interior designer of the compliance of finishing works on-site with the developed design concept. The supervision includes meetings with the client at the construction site and consultations with contractors and suppliers involved in the project. The cost and number of site meetings during the project execution are determined individually according to the client’s needs.
Investor supervision, so-called 'turnkey service,' is professional monitoring of the progress of finishing works on behalf of the client. It includes regular site visits, monitoring compliance of works with the project, preparation of material and equipment quotations, and coordination of deliveries to the site. Investor supervision is provided only in the Katowice – Krakow area. The cost and number of site visits during the project execution are determined individually according to the client’s needs.
Online consultations are a form of cooperation intended for clients planning to independently carry out a renovation or interior design and needing professional support in functional, technical, and aesthetic solutions. The service is aimed at clients who want to consult, for example, single rooms (kitchen, bathroom, living room), without the need to order a full project with visualizations. The consultation is based on materials previously provided by the client (technical plans with dimensions and interior photos). The purpose of the consultation is to provide substantive guidance that allows the client to make proper design decisions independently and avoid potential mistakes during execution. The cost and duration of the consultation are determined individually depending on the project scope.
