  • ASH GREY. Minimalism in a modern interpretation
  • This modern, single-storey house with an area of 400m² was designed for a family of five in a unique setting — right next to the forest. The rawness of materials meets the elegance of detail here — concrete floors, steel, stone, and dark wood create a cohesive minimalist composition. The interior radiates calm and balance, enhanced by subtle lighting that changes the character of the space throughout the day.
  • The central point of the house is a spacious living room with a fireplace, where tall glazing opens the interior to the greenery outside, creating a constant sense of connection with nature. A dark kitchen with brushed steel fronts and a stone island forms a strong contrast with the soft grey tones of the lounge furniture. A large, modular leather sofa by Absyth, custom-made to order, perfectly complements the designer Vibia lighting in the living area.
  • The private part of the house includes a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, a home office, three youth bedrooms, a guest room, and two additional bathrooms. The master bathroom was designed as a private relaxation zone with a freestanding bathtub and shower, finished with large-format tiles featuring a stone texture. The guest bathroom, maintained in a dark minimalist aesthetic, is based on anthracite tones, stone, and subtle linear lighting, creating a moody and elegant space. The children’s bathroom was designed in a subdued color palette, with a bathtub as the central element, combining functionality with a timeless form.
  • The youth bedrooms were designed with a focus on functionality, ergonomics, and aesthetic coherence, while preserving the individual character of each interior.
  • The entire project combines simplicity of form, high-quality materials, and subtle lighting into a cohesive story of a contemporary home, where design does not dominate function but harmoniously complements the family’s everyday rhythm of life.
