  • Burgundy Classic and Modern Comfort in the Heart of Warsaw
  • The RETRO ROUGE project is a carefully thought-out transformation of a 150 m² house in Warsaw, which over the years served various functions while preserving its unique historical atmosphere. The clients sought a solution that would combine the existing architecture with modern lifestyle, while highlighting the distinctive character of the place. The result is a harmonious space where history meets contemporary comfort, creating interiors full of class, elegance, and timeless style.
  • The project retained the original room layout, preserving individual zones. Original building elements, including classic wooden parquet floors and stairs, were restored as key aesthetic features. The color palette is based on refined burgundy, beige, and deep green, creating an atmosphere of elegance and coziness while emphasizing the unique character of the house.
  • The living area provides a pleasant space for gatherings and celebrations — an elegant lounge combined with an atmospheric dining room, equipped with a large family table. An artistic lamp by Quasar hangs above the table.
  • The kitchen, as a separate room, was custom-designed and fully made to order by a carpenter. Veneered furniture with burgundy fronts was paired with Taj Mahal stone and brushed gold accents, highlighting a luxurious and unique final effect.
  • The master bedroom was designed as a calm, private space. The centerpiece is a comfortable NAP bed, and custom carpentry provides elegant and discreet organization. The harmonious color scheme enhances the relaxing atmosphere.
  • Next to the bedroom is a girl’s room designed with future flexibility in mind — a cozy, bright space combining functionality with delicate aesthetics, open to the changing needs of the child.
  • The house includes three bathrooms, each with a distinct character and function. The guest toilet was designed in an intense, vivid shade, giving it a decisive and elegant expression. The space is complemented by a Rosso Levanto marble sink, emphasizing the luxurious and noble character of this small but representative room.
  • The private bathroom is maintained in a subdued style and equipped with a comfortable shower, creating a functional everyday space. The attic bathroom is designed as an atmospheric relaxation area, with a freestanding bathtub and soft lighting, promoting calm and regeneration.
  • The attic was adapted as a home office and hobby space, tailored to the client’s interests. It houses a guitar collection and music-related elements, giving the interior an individual and artistic character. This area combines office, creative, and hobby functions.
  • The RETRO ROUGE project is an example of conscious design, where the past becomes a value, and modern solutions adapt to the existing architecture with full respect and sensitivity. Through consistent stylistic narrative, attention to detail, and a personalized approach, the house gained a unique character, fully reflecting the personality and expectations of its residents — a home reborn with life, identity, and soul.
