Magdalenka Villa — A Classically Designed Space
The 350 m² villa project in Magdalenka combines modern elegance, timeless minimalism, and the highest quality materials, set within a unique context — a house located in the heart of a pine forest. The priority was to create a space naturally in harmony with its surroundings while maintaining an elegant, refined character.
The living area combines the kitchen, lounge, and dining room into one smooth, open space. Large windows open the interior to the garden and forest, while natural light highlights the elegant composition of materials: noble wood, large-format stone surfaces, and soft textiles. The kitchen island was designed as a balanced compositional accent, connecting the kitchen and dining areas into a cohesive whole. The dining room, with a large table, serves as the heart of the home — an ideal place for family gatherings.
The lounge impresses with ceiling height and openness to the mezzanine, which includes a comfortable TV area with a projector. Soft modular sofas, a Pietra Grey stone fireplace, and atmospheric lighting make this part of the home a space for relaxation.
The villa offers an extensive private area. The master bedroom is connected to a private wardrobe and bathroom, featuring light marble combined with veneer and carefully planned soft lighting. This section is designed as a peaceful retreat, fully separated from the living area.
Children’s spaces include two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, providing comfort and privacy. Additionally, there is a guest room with a separate bathroom, ensuring independence and convenience.
Throughout the house, an elegant, timeless style dominates, based on a palette of white, gray, graphite, and wood. Precision craftsmanship, attention to detail, and consistent use of premium materials make the interior luxurious, functional, and harmonious.
